Our quiet, wooded year-round mobile home park is with walking distance of Lake Noquebay and Backwater Bar & Grill.  You own the mobile home and yearly lease is required for the lot.  

We currently have older 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes available! And, available lots for you to move in a newer home!
